Difference on basis of their cell wall is

• Parenchyma: Cell walls are thin and made up of cellulose.
• Collenchyma: Cell walls are thick at the edges due to deposition of pectin.
• Sclerenchyma: Cell walls are thickened due to deposition of lignin.
